This website does not track you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from third-party servers.

The short version. Visiting ponderacare.com collects nothing about you. If you choose to email us, we hold your message and contact details only to reply and to follow up on what you asked about — nothing else, and we never sell or share them.
Who is responsible
Pondera Care AS, Oslo, Norway, is the data controller for this website. For anything on this page, contact info@ponderacare.com.
What this website collects
Nothing, by design:
- No cookies. The site stores nothing in your browser — no cookies, no local storage.
- No analytics or tracking. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording.
- No third-party requests. Fonts and images are served from this domain, so no outside company sees your IP address or the page you are on.
Our hosting provider keeps standard web-server logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser user agent) for a short period. These are a normal security and reliability measure, used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse — not to build a profile of you.
The contact form
The enquiry form on this site does not send anything to a server of ours. When you press send, it opens your own email program with the message pre-filled, and nothing leaves your device until you send it yourself. That means we receive your enquiry the same way we would receive any email.
If you email us
- What we hold: your name, email address, any organisation and phone number you give us, and the content of your message.
- Why: to answer you, and to continue the conversation about a demo, partnership, distribution or investment enquiry.
- Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), or the steps leading to a contract where that applies.
- How long: for as long as the enquiry is live, and normally no more than two years after our last exchange, unless we have an ongoing business relationship or a legal reason to keep it longer.
- Who sees it: only the people at Pondera Care who need to answer you. Our email is handled by a standard business email provider acting on our instructions. We do not sell, rent or share your details.
Please do not send us health information or other sensitive personal data by email. If you need to discuss something of that kind, tell us and we will arrange an appropriate channel.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. Email info@ponderacare.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
What this page does not cover
This notice is about the website only. Atlas, the weighing platform described on this site, is a medical device under development. When it is deployed in a care setting it will handle patient measurements under its own separate documentation, data-protection assessment and agreements with the healthcare provider responsible for that data. Nothing on this page describes how the product handles patient information.
Changes
If we start collecting anything — analytics, a server-side form, an embedded third-party service — we will update this page and change the date above before doing so.
